Church Projector

With the rising costs of replacing hymn books in large number, many churches have made the move to projecting hymns onto a screen from a PC.  This was seen by the church as a reasonable alternative and a projector and notebook PC were commissioned by members of the church. 

The projector displays hymns in a large typeface onto the rear wall of the church for all to see.  The projector has a custom hand-constructed cabinet made by a church member and sits well with the decor and ancient pews. 

The projector is operated from a console (pictured below) at the rear of the church, also made by a church member. 

This project is a great example of the achievement that can be made through the  cooperation of individuals for the benefit of the community.
